Kris has over 20 years’ experience managing corporate strategy, business planning, partnerships, and marketing at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She facilitates CCL’s global strategy process by working with the executive team in all aspects of strategy: formulation, execution, and evaluation.

Kris earned a BS in Marketing from Indiana State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. She has certifications in 4Mat, CentACS Workplace Big 5, Corporate Coach University Coaching Certification, ExperienceChange simulation facilitator, and the Looking Glass, Inc. business simulation.
Kris has served on several boards, including those of ISA, a training industry trade association, and the Piedmont Triad Advertising Federation. Kris has been an adjunct university instructor, teaching the capstone business policy and strategy course at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as well as introductory marketing courses at Catawba College and High Point University.
