Susan Steinbrecher

Susan Steinbrecher is an internationally acclaimed businesswoman, executive coach, speaker, and author. She is president of her management consulting firm, providing professional development services in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership training.

Working with senior executives and their organizations, Susan supports them in developing and implementing innovative, life-changing, and profit-building solutions to address the global and day-to-day challenges of leadership, operations, human resources, and training.

Before her coaching career, Susan was a rising star with one of the country’s best-known hotel chains for 14 years. She went from entry-level to the chain’s youngest general manager in history to leading the strategic training and development initiatives.
