People who match the above description are exactly who make up our global facilitator pool. Our independent contractors are the heart and soul of Ariel. They allow us to bring our work to life, and are the reason why we have been leaders in communication training for 35 years and counting.
Requirements

Demonstrated familiarity with one of our facilitation topic areas (presence, writing, consultative selling).

Demonstrated group facilitation and presentation skills in a corporate client setting.

Expressive or creative arts experience (for Presence programs, Performing Arts experience is highly preferable).

3 years facilitation, training, or related experience.

Knowledge of adult learning theory.
