Requirements

5 or more years of independent coaching experience (outside of an organization)

Demonstrated senior level coaching experience (VP level and above)

Knowledge of industry-standard coaching processes, and willingness to learn and implement Ariel’s proprietary process

Examples of coaching engagements: strengths and learning opportunities

Highly preferable that you have one of these certifications:
1. 360 Certifications – (Korn Ferry 360 and/or Benchmarks 360)
2. Hogan Certification
3. ICF Certification (especially PCC or MCC) -
Front line business experience
