Judy brings over twenty-five years of experience helping executives, teams, and organizations reach higher levels of clarity and effectiveness.

She leverages a deep knowledge of group and organizational dynamics, individual psychology, and business demands in her executive coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting, as well as her experience across various cultures in South Asia and the Middle East.  Her clients have included GE, the Ford Motor Company, Morgan Stanley, the White House Fellows Program, General Dynamics, Clean Harbors, Biogen, Banker’s Trust, Eaton Vance, Steward Health Care, Tufts Medical Center, Natixis, MTV, and many others.

Judy served as Director of Global Leadership Development at Staples, Manager of Global HR Capability Building at EMC, VP of Organizational Effectiveness with Fidelity Investments in Bangalore, India, and the US, and VP of Learning and Organizational Development at State Street Corporation.  She started her career facilitating experiential Outward Bound programs for corporate and government leaders.

Judy has been a facilitator in Harvard’s Advanced Management Program, a guest lecturer at Brandeis University, and an executive coach in Our Generation Speaks; a business incubator for joint Israeli-Palestinian ventures.  Judy has also been a top-rated faculty member in the Executive Coaching program at William James College and is an Adjunct Faculty member at Boston College.  She lives in a blended family with her husband and their five kids in Hingham, Massachusetts.
