Elena is an experienced executive coach, consultant in organizational behavior, facilitator and lecturer on leadership.

Elena has decades of international professional experience. She coaches individual leaders and management teams helping them to maximize impact of their leadership through greater self-awareness and adjustment of their leadership styles.

She uses a variety of cross-disciplinary methods to achieve transformational results. To make behavioral changes sustainable, her programs follow a winning ‘learn -apply -refine’ formula featuring eye-opening coaching sessions and monitored implementation of gained insights at work.

Thanks to her multi-cultural background and world-wide working experience, she has a keen awareness about cultural specificity and shows outstanding ability to work with different nationalities.

In her career, Elena has combined executive coach and business psychologist practice, significant leadership positions in corporate environment, public sector and NGOs, lecturing on leadership and applied psychology at business schools and universities, driving complex humanitarian missions and entrepreneurship. In her early career, Elena gained sound professional experience working as psychologist, coach, trainer, facilitator and mentor. Furthermore, she has been a Director of a Crisis Intervention Centre (NGO). For over ten years, she taught Applied Psychology at three European Universities. She worked as the Head of Youth Department of Lithuania, in this position, she was a representative of the country at the Youth Directorate of Council of Europe. She also worked for Hewlett-Packard and was an international consultant and trainers trainer at humanitarian missions in war and terrorism affected zones in North Caucasus.

At present, she works as an executive coach, director of leadership development programs, consultant in organizational behavior and teams facilitator. Next to that, she collaborates with Executive Education of prominent Business Schools, such as INSEAD, CEDEP and EDHEC, where she coaches executives, leads leadership development programs, lectures on leadership and facilitates actionable learning modules. She contributes to the activity of Airbus Group Leadership University by designing and directing customized team boosting workshops and she also partners with several Leadership Development firms.
