Izabel Coutu

Since 2006, Izabel has served as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator in organizational development. Holding a deep passion for mindfulness and wellbeing in the workplace, and for the profession of coaching, she teaches the art and science of coaching, offers mentorship and supervision to coaches and leaders, and holds a supervision certification from the Coaching Supervision Academy.

Izabel has supported thousands of leaders to develop coaching skills, resilience and innovation to achieve excellence. Her mandates have led her to acquire an understanding of human systems; how collaboration is fostered and what mindsets and behaviors will generate great organizational culture. Before building her coaching practice, she has worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years in various operational roles for large hotel companies.

As a curious and creative generalist, Izabel is distinguished by her ability to build trusting relationships with her clients and partners. With great presence she creates the best conditions so that clients are adequately supported in their learning journey and in the establishment of what they value and aspire to.

Izabel facilitates experiential leadership corporate programs anchored in neurosciences so people can thrive in complex and fast changing environment.

Izabel is based in Montreal, Canada. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
