Danielle joined Ariel in the winter of 2014 as the Director of Client Relations for the New England region. As a member of the Client Success Team, Danielle collaborates with development practitioners to help leaders become more memorable, influential, and impactful in their relationships through touching the hearts and minds of others.
Danielle began her career in hospitality and quickly found her passion for helping others realize their full potential. Prior to joining Ariel, Danielle worked for training and development companies that specialized in improving organizational performance by developing leaders and high-potential talent. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and a certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
A New England native, Danielle lives north of Boston with her husband and two dogs. Fancying herself an Epicurean, she enjoys baking, cooking, and basking in the good company of family and friends.
