Christine’s proven success in enhancing leadership effectiveness emerges from her commitment to ‘being the change she wants to see in the world.’ She leads by example, embraces diversity and change, and enjoys working collaboratively with an authentic, relational, and results-focused approach.

Over the last 15 years, Christine has worked with leadership companies in both Australia and New Zealand (NZ) including Leadership Management Australasia, Women & leadership Australia, Workplace Training Advisory Australia, TP3, and Institute of Management of New Zealand. Roles include creative design, interactive delivery, and ongoing evaluation of leadership development programs that deliver measurable results.

Since 2015, Christine has been involved in designing a range of blended and digital learning solutions. Specifically, she’s been integral in developing IMNZs online transition, including advisory, design, and piloting new programs that run across Australia and NZ with global reach. She also developed online and blended programs for Aroha Leadership, Global Women’s Leadership Summit (GWALS) (she is a co-founder), and additional online leadership programs of Million Dollar Marriage and the Ultimate Leader.

Christine’s experience is supported by qualifications in coaching, facilitation, adult education, counselling, and professional membership with NZAC.

Christine is based in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
