She created a leadership development program implemented worldwide after graduates experienced an 86% promotion rate. She drove productivity, performance, and morale improvements by creating a learning culture that included 360-degree performance reviews and bi-monthly Management Coaching cycles for professional development; attendees reported sales team productivity increases of up to 10%. She recently founded a transformational leadership development program that combines assessments to improve the clarity of self, experiential learning to discover the impact of self on others, simulations to test and adapt newly learned skills, and follow-up coaching sessions to solidify the positive changes in leadership practices when back in their organizations.
One of her career highlights was spending three years in Asia as an ex-pat Director of HR (akin to a VP role) for the MidPacific Division of DFS, an LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Company. In collaboration with the Managing Director and Director of Finance and Operations, she led all aspects of a $350M division and over 700 employees, including a management operations team of 25 in a multi-site, multi-national, multi-lingual organization. In addition, she was responsible for developing and implementing a worldwide Learning and Development program that trained employees in management, leadership, and team effectiveness.
