Linda is the founder of the Integrated Leadership Institute, a Master Certified Coach, HR strategic partner, author, speaker, executive search consultant and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience in coaching, talent solutions, leadership and team development, recruiting/onboarding/transition/integration and change management.

She brings a unique breadth of expertise to her clients having been in HR and an entrepreneur and CEO herself. Linda brings her passion and courage to challenge, support and train leaders and their teams to transform their performance, engagement and sustainability in the demanding workplace they find themselves in. She is equipped with behavior change skills, practices and tools based in Neuroscience, Human Development, Somatics, Intuitive Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence to help her clients to create organizations that thrive, make better faster decisions, and create lasting change and legacies they can be proud of.

She is one of the pioneers in onboarding having created a unique executive search firm called Opportunities Plus/Cultivate Talent Solutions in 1990. Focused on placing diverse candidates into high-tech, financial services, and healthcare firms where possible. They provide 6 months of transition and integration coaching, team-building, assessments and 360 feedback to all leaders they place at no additional cost to their clients. This unique value add has yielded a 99% success rate.

Linda co-created the Inner Work for Leaders course while on faculty at the Hoffman Institute. She has facilitated Coaching Skills for Leaders courses at Harvard University. She is passionate about helping others become the source of change in their lives and work by shifting the negative unconscious patterns of behavior that create less than ideal outcomes and ineffectiveness in all areas of a leader’s life.

She has coached and trained over 3500 leaders and teams in global companies such as 3M, Microsoft, PWC, Harvard University, Unilever, Nordson, PacifiCare Health Systems, AbbVie, Johnson and Johnson, Remitly, Danaher/Kavokerr, Genentech, Amgen, Merrill Lynch, Broadridge Financial, Booz Allen, T Rowe Price, Deutsche Bank, US Foods, DuPont, Hallmark Intl, So Cal Gas, and non-profit organizations.

Linda’s early career began in HR at the American Express Company. She served as the Associate Director for Pepperdine’s Presidential/Key Executive MBA program, where she recruited and provided career coaching to senior leaders globally early in her career. Author of 11 books, her latest include, “Harness Time and Free Your Mind”, “WFH: Working From Home A THRIVAL GUIDE for Challenging Times and Beyond”, “The Integrated Leader” and “Drop It: A Coach’s Secret to Productivity, Presence and Possibility.”
