As Vice President of Global Clients, Adam collaborates with clients to craft high-impact learning experiences that drive business results, elevate culture, and help leaders find their authentic voice.
Before joining Ariel, Adam was with FranklinCovey as a Global Enterprise Client Partner and with Bahrcode, FranklinCovey’s partner in their Business Execution practice, as their Gamification Director, lead facilitator, and UX designer.
Adam began his career as an award-winning theatre director at Forsyth Central High School where he taught theatre, scenic design, improvisation, and public speaking.
He earned his degree in Theatre and Speech Education with a minor in English Education. As a performer, some of Adam’s most memorable roles include the title roles in both Macbeth and Hamlet, as well as Dickon (The Secret Garden), Smudge (Forever Plaid), and Georg Nowack (She Loves Me).
Adam is happiest when he’s moving, and you can usually find him and his family exploring waterfalls near Nashville, TN where they call home, out on their kayaks, on the basketball court, or competing through a muddy obstacle course.
