Lara is a management consultant by training, an entrepreneur by choice and an educator at heart.
Beginning her career at a hedge fund, Lara is used to high stakes negotiations and relationship building with stock exchanges, regulators and board members. Later as a management consultant, she honed her skills in strategy development and change management.
In 2014, Lara co-founded DigitalMatter, a pioneering tech consultancy for real estate developers. The company boasts a remarkable track record of implementing cutting-edge digital strategies on some of Asia’s largest and tallest real estate developments. Built on the principles of DigitalFirst, LifestyleFirst, her team describes her as a “visionary and compassionate leader”. At her core, Lara has a big heart. She wants to see everyone in society succeed. Lara also serves on the advisory board of several social enterprises and thoroughly enjoys judging business competitions at schools and universities.
