They'll learn competencies and skills to inspire, motivate, and build trust with their direct reports and colleagues and be well positioned to enter an in-person or virtual session for application and coaching.

Program outline
- Audience: Managers, individual contributors, technical professionals, and others who must communicate confidently
- Delivery: Asynchronous self-paced
- Timing: Approximately 2 hours
- Understand a model and framework for presence that inspires others and develops connection
- Become grounded in a clear definition and model for presence.
- Identify the core skills and behaviors that enable them to engage and motivate others and build relationships.
- Reflect on their own presence strengths and challenges.
- Reinforcement coaching on client’s own platform
- Brainstorm strategies for combining one’s own technical platform tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex, BlueJeans, etc.) with the soft skills of the course.
- Apply concepts to real business interactions: one-on-one conversations, small group meetings, or presentations to a group. Give and receive coaching and feedback on the use of the techniques and tools.
- Share action plans and final reflections, and close.
