Bill Koch

Bill Koch is an executive coach with over 25 years of C-level and leadership experience. Bill’s primary objective is to inspire and guide high performers to become even more effective organizational leaders. He coaches new leaders and senior executives in a range of industries – from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups to academia.

Through his focused, authentic, and optimistic coaching style, Bill works with clients to discover their best leadership self. By creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, clients can test new behaviors before trying them in the real world. He helps leaders discover and develop the key behaviors that will have the greatest positive impact on the client’s environment.

Bill connects with executives who have a desire for more performance in their business and more meaning in their personal and professional life. Bill coaches with methods and systems that lead to peak performance and balance. He specializes in C-Suite executives, C-Suite succession candidates, and High Potential individuals. He has extensive experience with successful onboarding coaching engagements for clients new to organizations and newly-promoted executives.

In addition to coaching, Bill currently advises for a private equity portfolio and serves on two corporate boards. He has served as President of a division of AMR Corp., then a Fortune 50 public company, and has served as CEO of multiple large private enterprises. Bill has extensive experience developing portfolio businesses under private equity sponsorship. He has been at the helm of companies involved in more than $500 million in M&A transaction value. Bill has a hard-earned reputation for building value in the businesses he leads with a track record of achieving peak performance under his leadership.
