Wai K. Leong

Wai K. Leong is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach from International Coach Federation, US and he sits on the ICF Global Board as Director. He brings with him over 25 years of leadership exposure of which 15 years were senior management experiences at two public-listed companies. He has trained and coached more than 10,000 leaders over a span of 25 years as a leader, coach, and trainer. He has more than 3,000 hours of executive coaching experience, working with large multinational clients within the Asia region.

In addition to being an ICF-trained Coach Assessor, Wai K. runs a coach certification program accredited by ICF as ASCTH. He has authored two best-selling books on leadership and coaching and pioneered the development of coaching-based software to help organizations build a coaching culture.
