Rahila Narejo

Rahila Narejo is a Psychobioligist by education with a degree from UCLA and a Psychometrician by practice, certified by the British Psychological Society. She has 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Rahila’s primary aim is to assist companies and their leaders maximize their return from their Human Capital. She works with organizations to align human capital with corporate strategy. She is actively applying findings from neuroscience research to her work of engaging and challenging leaders to increase effectiveness on individual, interpersonal, group, and organizational levels.

Rahila is known for integrating psychometric assessment with brain-based coaching approaches. Her passion has taken her to incorporate NeuroLeadership, an emerging field that blends leadership development with an understanding of how the mind works, into her coaching and development practices.

As an entrepreneur and business leader, Rahila understands the challenges of leading a business and organization. She applies her real-world insights to her coaching assignments. Clients have been based in Pakistan, UAE (expatriates from the UK, Ireland, India, Canada, and Germany), Sri Lanka, and Kazakhstan. Some of Rahila’s clients include Karachi Electrical Supply Corp., Philips Electrical Industries, Toyota Motors, DuPont, Roche, and Asia Petroleum.

As an organizational consultant, Rahila has worked with over 100 local and multinational organizations in their leadership development. She is sought out for her expertise in designing competency-based assessment platforms and the subsequent training and coaching interventions. For example, since 2010 with Nestle Pakistan, Rahila has trained and developed 60 internal coaches through a customized “Master Coach” program.

Rahila works with various leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, MDs, General Managers, Country Heads, and Senior Managers. Some of her work includes developing Senior Leaders in areas of Emotional Intelligence to complement their technical expertise. She has also custom-designed and implemented numerous 360 feedback assessments.
