Summary

Jill Kirby is an experienced facilitator who has also been a public speaking and business faculty member for 18 years. While teaching courses at DePaul University, Roosevelt University, Post University and Harper College, she has guided thousands of students to becoming exceptional communicators. She has a passion for inspiring potential leaders and igniting intellectual curiosity.

She has extensive experience in helping individuals and teams with creative problem solving. Jill brings a unique perspective and sheds light on pathways that were previously unknown to her clients. Her passion for continued learning and sharing that knowledge is unparalleled.

Business Experience

Jill’s business experience started with Sprint and subsequent venture backed startups, where she developed communications programs for direct marketing to business partner engagement to grow market share. She has also owned a private college consulting business helping students navigate the complicated college application process. Jill has shifted that business model to more volunteer-based services focusing on under-served communities.

She later moved to New York City area, where she continued her career in education, training, and executive coaching.
