John C. Heinritz is a leader to whom past employees and mentees still look for guidance. He built effective global teams for several Fortune 100 companies and brings both a broad business acumen and a proven coaching methodology (Adler School of Professional Coaching) to his vocation as an executive coach.

With his executive-level experience as head of the international divisions at Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Polaroid Corp., John has built on his broad experience in sales & marketing and supply chain management. In these roles, he managed affiliate offices in major markets around the world – a solid foundation for his leadership coaching and understanding of varied corporate and national cultures. He has worked and lived in Europe and Asia. He has hands-on experience in the challenges of building a global business across various functional areas. He also led the travel/hospitality sector of JD Power & Associates, where he worked with global C-level executives and boards of top hospitality companies to inspire a more customer-centric view of the business.

John believes that life-long learning is a crucial leadership skill, which he role models and promotes. In each coaching engagement, his focus is not just on short-term problem-solving but on engendering meaningful shifts and lasting change in the person being coached. His extensive business experience can help him relate to the challenges facing his clients and allows him to reach an intimate and candid level of dialogue. This encourages the leader being coached to be more self-aware, increase understanding as well as question the current state, and therefore explore,  more maturely and creatively, his or her future visions. In a positive and action-oriented atmosphere, John’s clients fulfill a great deal more of their professional and personal potential.

Some of John’s clients include; Intel, Toyota, Allstate, Kawasaki, SAP, Edwards Life Sciences, First American Financial Corp., Illinois Tool Works, Mattel, MTV, Mitsubishi Electric, Sony Pictures, Pacific Life, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Speedo, Yum Brands.
