In addition to facilitations with Ariel, Margot is the founder of a communication consulting business that serves leaders, start-up founders, and professionals, particularly in technology and entrepreneurial sectors. As a former elite athlete and media-trained spokesperson for Disney on Ice, Margot brings a unique skillset to helping clients captivate audiences, build trust, distill a message, and speak confidently when the pressure is on. Her approach blends peak-performance methods with communication strategy, using practical tools to unlock potential and accelerate results.
Margot serves as a faculty member with Mobius Executive Leadership and has coached numerous leadership trainings for Speaking at Work (London). She is also an AgileBrain℠ Associate-Level Practitioner, using this neuroscience-based assessment tool to help clients expand emotional intelligence and communicate with greater influence. Earlier in her career, Margot played a key role in managing accounts for a world-class floral and décor event design firm, executing large-scale, luxury productions. With a dynamic, engaging style, she empowers professionals to welcome the spotlight in their own arena.
