Dan has over 20 years of experience in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development Training, Strategy Development, Reengineering Business Processes, and Cultural Transformations.

He works closely with senior leaders to help them meet the challenges of building sustainable long-term revenue, growth, and organizational capacity.  Combining knowledge of personal and organizational dynamics, with a keen sense of business acumen, allows Dan to assess situations quickly and inspire his clients to solve problems or capture opportunities. Transformation of leadership is always a prerequisite for the transformation of the organization.

Dan co-developed and leads Next-Level Leadership Programs, yearlong transformational experiences for senior leaders. He teaches courses in Leadership and Self Deception, Authentic Leader, Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders, Integral Change and Spiral Dynamics, and Building Business Acumen.

Prior to becoming a coach, Dan was Vice President of Operations at Sterling Consulting Group (Global Energy). He managed the Industrial Engineering group for a 3,000-person Division of R. R. Donnelley (Printing and Media Replication) and later, new job information systems development for a group of Divisions.
