Prior to embarking upon her training career, Jennifer was a legal writer. She drafted briefs and documents relating to a variety of matters, and her writing was often said to be the key to winning the cases. She now writes and consults for internet start-up companies. She has won rave reviews for her plays and is also a writer of fiction.

Jennifer is a celebrated communications consultant and facilitator who has been featured in the New York Times and the International Herald-Tribune for her work in communications in the international community in New York City.
She has consulted with international diplomats, American and international corporate professionals, government entities, and non-profits in improving all areas of communication, including
- business writing
- presentation skills (including development, design, and delivery of group presentations)
- interpersonal communication skills (including conflict management, influence and persuasion, and relationship/rapport building).
Jennifer also has been a professor in the English Language Department, focusing on speech and communications, at Pace University in New York City. At the City University of New York, she taught both speech and acting classes. She was a professor of acting and theatre at Long Beach City College in Long Beach, California, and a voice/speech specialist at the Orange County High School for the Arts, also in California. Jennifer holds an MFA in Drama from the University of California, Irvine, and is a professional actor, writer, and comedian.
