Summary

Eva is a facilitator and a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Since 2005, she has worked with business leaders in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, focusing on leadership and creativity. Eva has a PhD in Dramatic Arts, an MA in Business and a BA in Psychology. Prior to her involvement in executive education, Eva worked in a variety of business roles—as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., she dealt with such issues as corporate strategy, change management and innovation.

Leveraging his unique background in business, the arts, and psychology to deliver powerful insights for his clients, Joel has a deep knowledge of the actor’s skill set, and an exceptional ability to help clients communicate with clarity, warmth, and passion. Since 1994, he has trained and coached leaders and professionals on six continents with organizations ranging from the Fortune 50 to global non-profits, as well as through his work with the executive education programs of Harvard Business School, Columbia, the Kellogg School of Management, and Duke.

She is founding member and Managing Partner of frei.wild Berlin, a highly acclaimed ensemble for improvisation and corporate theater. Maja also works as a business consultant in the areas of strategy, change management and concept development.

Richard Richards has traveled wide and far in a number of leadership and training roles in both corporate and non-profit arenas. Originally from the UK, he has lived and worked around the world over the past 40 years, giving him a deep appreciation for the world and its many peoples. Richard has spent many years observing the communication challenges in today’s corporate world, having spent over 10 years as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Hyatt International Corporation.

Summary

Christopher von Baeyer began his research and developed his professional point-of-view on authentic human communication over 35 years ago as an undergraduate at Harvard University. He has designed and delivered leadership development programming and led the Ariel team providing training and executive coaching services for Managing Directors, Partners and Principals at BCG for over 20 years.  Currently based Toronto he has taught at the Harvard Business School, Emerson College, Boston College, the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago and the Columbia University Senior Executive Program in New York.
