Kirk looks after Global Clients and Sales Strategy at Ariel. He joined us  in August 2020. He has a reputation in the Learning & Development industry for being authentic, humble, others-focused, and client obsessed! Prior to 2016 when he joined LinkedIn, he was a seasoned Global Client Director in the IT and Telecommunications industry with 15+ years with companies such as France Telecom, BT, and Vodafone.

His approach to partnering with his clients centers on the following:

  • Building impactful programs and delivering them seamlessly, and
  • Personalizing learning journeys to align with his global client’s evolving business needs.

Kirk hails from Green Bay, Wisconsin and yes, he is a Green Bay Packer Football Fan. He’s also a trained Improviser, writer, world traveler (40 countries and counting), and polyglot— fluent in English, French, and speaks Brazilian Portuguese & un poco de Español.
