Scott joined Ariel as the Senior Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for maintaining Ariel’s profitable growth through expanding services and solutions for clients. In August of 2018, Scott became Ariel’s CEO.
Scott likens his position to a Head Waiter at a restaurant: he acts as the liaison between the front and back of house. A big part of Scott’s job is making sure that people are served on time and are pleased with their meal and the service. At the same time, he is involved in the back-of-house operations like making sure the menus are up-to-date and that everything is running smoothly in the kitchen. In order for the restaurant to succeed, both the front and back ends need to work together cohesively–Scott ensures this is happening.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience leading sales teams and managing complex client relationships.
Prior to joining Ariel, Scott was a Managing Partner for 14 years at Gallup and the Chief Commercial Officer at Mind Gym, Inc.
