Dan has been an integral part of multiple transactions leading due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, company integration, and synergy realization. He has participated in over 30 transactions at Reynolds Consumer Products, Exide Technologies, Coleman Natural Foods, Parmalat, The Monroe Group, and Metz Baking Company. He also brings a wealth of expertise with IPO readiness, labor relations, ESG programs, and culture formation.
Prior to beginning his executive coaching career, Dan held various positions at Reynolds Consumer Products (CHRO 2011-2021), Exide Technologies (VP Human Resources 2008-2011), Coleman Natural Foods (Chief Administrative Officer 2004-2008), Parmalat Bakery Group (SVP HR 2001-2003).
Dan served as Chairman of the Board and Trustee for Twin City Bakery Workers Pension and Health and Welfare Funds, Trustee for Twin City Teamster Health and Welfare and Pension Funds and Trustee for Siouxland Community Health Center.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from University of Iowa and Executive Coaching certification from Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
