She combines deep experience in training, facilitation, strategy, writing, and editing, with flexibility and a broad perspective drawn from work in many complex business environments. Julia recognises that education doesn’t always prepare people to communicate well in the workplace, and she has spent the last 20 years fixing that issue for her clients.

Julia spent several years in global social research and has managed projects and facilitated insight and strategy development for organisations worldwide. She worked in financial training, then PwC Consulting, followed by a boutique strategy firm in London. She also chairs a housing non-profit in London.
