  • Delivery: Virtual, up to 15 participants
  • Audience: Professionals at any level who work with remote colleagues and clients
  • Timing: 3 virtual sessions of 2-hours each plus digital assignments or tailored to your needs

  • Before the first live virtual session, participants will introduce themselves to their classmates and the facilitator.
  • Participants will begin their learning before each live virtual session with a set of digital assignments on an online learning portal. This portal also includes a class blog, video, and links to further resources.
