After 20+ years in the corporate trenches (and a few years on actual stages), Sherri supports ambitious leaders who know they have more to give but need a strategic partner to help them get there.
Whether a client is a:
- brilliant introvert who needs to command the room,
- a high-achiever struggling with perfectionism,
- someone dreading a crucial conversation with a stakeholder,
- a change agent who isn’t getting buy-in, or
- a seasoned executive who lacks a professional network due to a dislike of “networking,”
Sherri is in their corner – equal parts cheerleader, truth-teller, and tactical strategist.
Thanks to a background in adult learning, she knows real transformation happens when working with a client’s strengths, not against them. Her optimistic-yet-realistic style guides leaders to set stretch goals that excite them, create development plans that fit real life, and practice new skills in ways that feel authentic to who they are.
As a credentialed and certified coach, Sherri’s client roster spans a range of industries including: manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, communications, and technology. Companies that’ve trusted her to help level up their leaders include: AbbVie, Adobe, Allstate, Cisco, EY, Gap, Medline, S&P Global, Sephora, and US Foods.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Sherri held leadership roles at the American Heart Association, Deloitte, and other organizations, where she learned what it takes to drive results through people. Before that, Sherri was a professional actress and cable TV host – jobs that provided fertile training ground for executive presence, managing nerves, and connecting with an audience (skills that translate surprisingly well to boardrooms and conference calls).
When not coaching, Sherri can be found doing Jazzercise, enjoying Chicago’s incredible theatre scene (from off-stage), or navigating the adventure of raising a teenager who keeps her humble. She lives in the Chicago area with said teenager and a goldendoodle who occasionally makes guest appearances on video calls.
