Business Experience
Sharie has enjoyed a long career in both the Organizational Development and Learning and Development fields. As an Organizational Development Consultant, Sharie has worked with leaders at all levels helping them set strategic goals and key performance indicators, collect and analyze performance data, enhance organizational processes and infrastructures, and continually improve organizational performance.
As a learning and development professional, Sharie has used her breadth of experiences to implement each step of the skills enhancement process. She has assessed learning needs, developed programs to align with those needs, produced integrated learning series, facilitated programs, conducted post-program evaluations, and provided presence and executive coaching.
Theater Experience
As an artist, Sharie can be best described as a “triple threat”: Actor – Singer – Dancer. She has appeared on the stages of the Los Angeles Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the Hollywood Palladium, and The Complex, to name a few. Her sheer love of performing in front of a live audience has given her a commanding presence that is unique, memorable, and profound. She has performed in Operas, such as Rigoletto and La Cenerentola; in Musicals, such as Once on This Island and West Side Story; and in Plays, such as Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and Media´.
In addition to live performances, Sharie has appeared in a myriad of Television and Film productions in the greater Los Angeles area.
