Summary

Raj is an actor, a teacher, facilitator, coach and consultant in communication strategy, leadership capability and presence, behavioural insight, negotiation theory, strategic thinking and planning, conflict resolution and media coaching.

He is a co founder and company director of RealPlay Media and a pioneer in Applied Theatre in Business in Australia, and has designed and delivered award winning leadership programs based around RealPlay Theatre and business simulations for government, defence and the corporate sector.

He has taught as part of the Harvard MBA program and worked as a facilitator, coach and consultant globally.

His goal as a facilitator and coach is to help people and organizations realize greater success by coaching individuals to be better leaders and communicators. He achieves this by inspiring, challenging, and engaging in the true spirit of affirmative discovery and growth potential.

  • Founding member of the Riverland Youth Theatre, one of Australia’s longest-running regional theatre companies
  • Participating member of the Griffin Theatre Company for five years
