Business Experience
An entrepreneur, Bobbi has founded and managed several small businesses. She is Co-Founder of CSz Comedy Theater in Philadelphia, where she has served as Director of the Applied Improv department for 30 years. She also works as Producing Artistic Director of Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater company and is Co-Founder of Learning & Development Company YesandNature Collaborative, which helps scientists and others communicate more effectively about environmental issues.
Bobbi serves as an independent faculty member for Wharton’s Executive Education Institution and works as an Instructional Designer and Facilitator for leadership development firm Work.Life.Leader. She is an Adjunct Professor at Temple and Drexel Universities, where she teaches Improvisational theater, and at Temple, she also teaches Leadership skills for the Engineering Graduate School.
