Peter is a global executive coach and consultant, operating in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He manages his executive coaching and consulting company, based in Zurich. He is also a practicing coaching supervisor working with coaches from across the globe.
Peter’s coaching approach is systemic, utilizing individual, group, and organizational aspects to address his coachee’s concerns. He has experience in coaching executives at all levels of organizations from CEOs and senior leadership teams, through senior managers, middle management, and high-potential candidates. Over the last 20 years, Peter has worked with many industries, including automotive, manufacturing, IT, financial services, energy, hospitality, and pharma, across three continents.
In his consulting practice, he helps organizations to assess, select, recruit, and develop their top talent. His specializes in organizational culture & behaviors, team alignment and strategic planning sessions, as well as leadership and management development. Peter is also an intact-team coach. He also teaches at INSEAD and at the European Centre for Executive Development (CEDEP) in France.
Peter previously worked with a global HR consultancy (Development Dimensions International, DDI) as the Director of Business Development and was part of the management team at INSEAD. While at INSEAD Peter has designed & implemented, more than 100 tailor-made management development activities, globally. Before entering the field of human capital development, Peter was General Manager USA at specialty paper maker Cham-Tenero, Switzerland, responsible for their overseas sales activity, and Manager International Sales for paper machine manufacturer Sulzer Escher Wyss in both the USA and Germany.
Peter holds a Coaching Supervision Diploma from CSA and heard Psychology at the University of Konstanz, Germany. He is a graduate of the Tavistok’s Leicester group relations conference. Peter is certified to coach with a leading European business school and is on the panel of global coaching organizations. He is also an accredited assessor at DDI, cute-e, and Right Management. Peter is certified on a wide number of psychometric instruments (INSEAD’s GELI, DDI’s Leadership Mirror, Right Management’s 360, Korn Ferry’s Voices, MBTI, Hogan’s suite of inventories, DiSC, NEO, and others).
Tri-lingual in German, English and French, Peter has lived and worked in Germany, USA, France, Singapore, the United Kingdom and currently resides in Ermatingen, Switzerland.
