In addition to his leadership role, Jay serves as a seasoned facilitator and executive coach at Ariel, where he delivers dynamic training and coaching experiences to both small and large groups, as well as one-to-one relationship-based coaching engagements. His facilitation expertise spans executive presence, personal branding, and leadership development.
