Cynthia Cobb

Cynthia Cobb has over 25 years of human resources generalist and staffing experience, most of which was built at Baxter Healthcare Corporation. She has held both corporate and divisional assignments where she led HR strategies and initiatives across multiple functions. Since becoming a consultant in 2004, she has effectively partnered with clients and organizations to accomplish business and individual goals.Industry experience encompasses healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing, retail, and non-profit.

Creating communication bridges and cultivating collaborative working environments is something at which Cynthia excels. Her depth and breadth of experience is valued. Employees and leaders at all levels have benefited from Cynthia’s straightforward approach grounded in analysis and logic as well as her values-driven decision-making.

Additional consulting engagements Cynthia has collaborated on include strategic staffing, policy development, employee relations, employer engagement, benchmarking best practices, and skills development (e.g., leading others, harassment prevention, interviewing).

An active volunteer, Cynthia is a former board member of and current volunteer for Bernie’s Book Bank and Center for Companies That Care. She also participates in various community service and women’s ministries at her church.

Cynthia recently achieved a personal goal by publishing a book. Decades: Journeying Through Life debuted in summer 2025.
