Drew Jacobs is a facilitator and coach with more than 15 years of experience in the leadership development industry. Business Experience

Drew spent over a decade working internally within Ariel, where she held roles including Vice President of Solutions Strategy and Director of Learning. She oversaw facilitator recruitment and certification, designing and leading both in-person and virtual train-the-trainer programs. Drew has trained world-class facilitators and coaches across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.

From 2021 to 2024, Drew served as Associate Director of Digital Learning at Mobius Executive Leadership, where she led digital learning initiatives and designed innovative online offerings to enhance facilitator and coach development.

In addition to facilitator and coach, Drew also serves as a learning consultant, helping clients streamline and enhance their training strategies.
