Learn, connect with peers, and see how other organizations develop their leaders

Our Inaugural Leadership Summit is an event series designed to facilitate knowledge-sharing and connection. We aim to encourage leaders to think through the challenges they face when developing leaders and executives by hearing how practitioners and leaders at global companies are structuring their programs and how facilitators and coaches are thinking about the tools and methods they use.

You'll have the opportunity to pick and choose the sessions you would like to attend. Perhaps you're interested in listening to industry leaders from L&D and HR talk about the trends they're seeing and how they're solving leadership issues. Maybe you're more interested in hearing how executive coaches and facilitators cultivate programs on how to influence without authority or build strong leadership pipelines. Or, you might want to learn what soft skills teams need for a successful AI rollout.

In addition to regular sessions, each day, there will be dedicated networking sessions and 1 hour of experiential workshops. Register now to sign up for this event. We'll send you a detailed agenda breakdown so you can RSVP only to the events you're interested in attending.

Influencing without Authority

How can you empower people that hold important knowledge to influence 2 or 3 levels up from their position? In this session, three experienced facilitators will talk about the importance of presence and communication in making sure stakeholders understand key pieces of data and what it means for your organization.

Creating a Strong Leadership Pipeline

Leaders are often promoted for their technical skills, but when they step into bigger roles, their people skills become much more important. The impact a great leader can make on their team and organization is measures in stronger retention, better collaboration, and improved business outcomes. Join this session to see how to build a stronger leadership pipeline.

What Soft Skills Do You Need for an AI Rollout?

To quote Hougaard and Carter, "Relying only on AI without doing the inner work of human development would be like buying a top-of-the-line Ferrari and ignoring the fact that you're a bad driver." This session explores what human skills are necessary to develop to successfully roll out an organization or team-wide AI initiative.
