In addition to coaching, Barbara has served as Global Learning Strategist for the Office of Compliance, as well as the Global Executive Leadership Development Manager at Ford Motor
Company. She also held roles as Director of Talent for a Chicago-based business consulting
firm, Executive Director of a Milwaukee non-profit addressing food insecurity, as well as
multiple executive and administrative positions in healthcare systems, including founding
her own allied-health clinic early in her career.
