Jay Rhoderick has been teaching communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to groups and individuals for over twenty years. He’s served clients in education, banking, law, non-profit, food, and energy, including law students and administrators at Columbia, managing directors at Citi, candy executives at Mars, and Olympic athletes contending with the international media. He is especially proud of the fifteen years he spent working as a theatre teaching artist and curriculum designer in the Bronx public schools.
Jay received his BA from Swarthmore College and his coaching certification through the TAI Group. Jay has performed theatre and long-form improv comedy since high school and is a long-time and proud member of Actors Equity and SAG. Jay is based in Brooklyn and bikes everywhere he can.
Throughout Jay’s professional experience, he has worked with a variety of different clients including Citi, Columbia, and Mars.
