Nicole previously served as Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Development at UKG, where she led the company’s global talent strategy. Prior to UKG, Nicole spent 17 years at Deloitte, ultimately serving as Chief Learning Officer and then Managing Director of Talent Strategy & Innovation. Her work impacted tens of thousands of professionals and helped reframe what it means to lead and learn in a rapidly changing world.
