Miguel was recruited to Vice President, Head of Global Sales and Channels Operations at Zebra Technologies ($6B global leader), to rationalize, develop, and integrate global sales management systems and strategic planning process in the post-Motorola Enterprise Mobility acquisition. Leading all global sales components of critical operational projects including business transformation, CRM, ERP, and channel program integration, Miguel drove innovation in salesforce enablement, business analytics, sales administration, and attainment planning as well expanding business reporting and analytics capability.
