Marie-Jeanne’s experience in the C-Suite ensures a focus on measurable business outcomes. Her years as a national business journalist, including writing for the New York Times, and as a communications coach focused on executive presence at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business further solidify her value. In addition, having lived and worked in multiple continents, Marie-Jeanne understands first-hand the complexities and nuance leaders face as they bridge roles, countries and cultures.

Marie-Jeanne’s approach blends the latest in neuroscience with a hands-on behavioral skills methodology. She is known for a compassionate yet dynamic, practical, and direct style. Her coaching gives leaders “space to breathe” – a place to have conversations they can have nowhere else.

Before becoming an executive coach, Marie-Jeanne was a Silicon Valley pioneer in early web media and a recognized national journalist, writing about venture capital and technology. She then served as head of Corporate Communications at Robert Half International, built a strategic Marketing Agency, and joined the executive ranks at TriNet as chief of Marketing, leading meteoric growth and an IPO run. Marie-Jeanne is respected for her thought leadership, delivering captivating talks at conferences, and has been published in business school textbooks.
