She also served as founding director of the Center for Leadership & Ethics and continues to coach MBA candidates at UT Austin’s top-10 McCombs School of Business.

Previously, she held executive roles including Corporate VP of Talent & Organizational Capability at AMD, Head of Global Talent Strategy & Operations at Dell Inc., and VP of Talent Management & Organization Development for ServiceMaster and Charter Communications (now Spectrum).

She’s currently based in beautiful Austin, Texas.
