Kathy Green
President
As President, Kathy leads Ariel’s Executive Partner and Board Services Programs, oversees numerous strategic accounts, and is the solution architect for Ariel’s proven, proprietary team development process.
With over 30 years’ experience in leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness, prior to Ariel, Kathy was Founder and Managing Partner of Executive Coaching Connections. Kathy and her partners grew the business from inception to successfully serving thousands of senior executives and their teams/organizations with over 200 global executive coaches, c-suite advisors, and consultants.
Earlier in her corporate career, Kathy led HR (Human Resources) and OD (Organization Development) efforts, both domestic and international, at Fortune 500 Companies including Ameritech, Kraft Foods, and Baxter Healthcare.
A committed, continuous learner herself, Kathy also served as adjunct faculty in Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Education, providing coaching to executives in the Kellogg Advanced Management and Kellogg EMBA programs.
When not at work, you can find Kathy and her beloved rescue pup Molly down at the beach, where Molly chases balls and Kathy enjoys life.
