Before joining Ariel, Courtney held senior sales and leadership roles at UKG and The Myers-Briggs Company, where she guided teams through transformation, achieving record growth and fostering a culture of excellence. A lifelong learner, she has trained extensively with Sandler and was selected for UKG’s Adaptive Leadership Program in partnership with UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Based in Tampa, Courtney is a proud wife and mom who loves travel, tennis, and boat days with her family.
