Andrew is a British facilitator and executive coach with over 20 years of experience helping leaders strengthen communication, presence, and impact. Drawing on a unique background spanning investment banking, executive coaching, and professional acting, he works with executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders across industries to build empowered, collaborative, and high performing working relationships.

Andrew began working in the corporate sector in 2005, specializing in presentation, impact, and leadership development using practice based skills learning. He integrates analytical business thinking with theatrical and performance techniques to help individuals show up with clarity, confidence, and presence. Business Experience

Andrew began his career in investment banking, working as a telecoms sector equities analyst at Deutsche Bank. He later transitioned into leadership and communication training, working globally with large multinational organizations across finance, consulting, technology, healthcare, industrial, legal, retail, and public sector environments.
He continues to work internationally, based out of London and New York, partnering with senior leaders and organizations to improve communication effectiveness, leadership presence, and organizational impact.

Theater Experience

Andrew completed postgraduate actor training at Drama Studio London and has been a working actor ever since. His stage work includes engagements with leading UK and US theatre companies such as the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company, and Sheffield Crucible, as well as Off Broadway and regional US productions.

He has appeared in television and film, including the Warner Bros television series Gotham, and has extensive experience in voice over, ADR, and radio drama, with frequent appearances on BBC Radio. He is also an accomplished audiobook narrator, with numerous titles available on Audible, and was nominated for an Audie Award in 2021.
