Agni is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience. With expertise in personal and organizational effectiveness, she has collaborated with many organizations to facilitate transformational change and achieve sustained performance improvement at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Agni’s journey into coaching was fueled by a deep curiosity about leadership and human potential. Throughout her career, she observed individuals being promoted based on their technical expertise – but as it turns out, that alone is not what sets exceptional leaders apart. What sets them apart is their ability to navigate complexity, inspire others, and continuously grow. Agni’s coaching philosophy is built on the foundation of self-awareness, intentional leadership, and the ability to take action to grow. She believes that great leadership starts with understanding oneself—values, strengths, blind spots—and using that awareness to lead with clarity and purpose.

Agni’s approach is strategic, human-centered, and practical. She challenges her clients to think critically and uncover limiting beliefs. While they work to step into their full potential, she provides a supportive space for reflection and for them to try on new behaviors. Agni supports her leaders by serving as a trusted advisor and providing them with practical tools they can implement. Using her coaching approach, she is able to integrate the desired business results with personal fulfillment.

Prior to becoming a coach, Agni held key, senior leadership positions in change management and organization development at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where she began her career. During her tenure at Accenture, she worked with clients in various industries. Her background and experience at Accenture, coupled with her proficiency in transformational change, makes her uniquely qualified to coach executives during times of change or personal transition. She believes in building strong, long-lasting partnerships with her clients.

Using innovative services and proven techniques, Agni has coached high potential leaders from mid-level managers up to C-Suite executives to improve their performance. She has worked with numerous highly respected organizations in various industries, including service, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial, legal, regulatory, food, and consumer packaged goods, just to name a few. Globally, she has coached leaders from various cultural backgrounds in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Born in Greece, Agni also speaks fluent conversational Greek.

Client Case Studies

Coached executives at a Fortune 100 bio-pharmaceutical company with $58 billion in revenue. Agni conducted feedback processes using a variety of instruments. She coached individual high potential leaders to create and implement development plans and was seen as a trusted partner and advisor. Simultaneously, Agni facilitated team coaching and development processes and designed and delivered team alignment and strategy sessions for leaders and C-Suite executives. As a result, team efficiency and business performance were greatly improved.

Facilitated an in-depth group coaching and alignment process for the CEO and her direct leadership team of a national senior living solutions organization, with $3 billion in revenue. The coaching included in-depth data gathering through surveys and interviews, and extensive work was undertaken to align corporate values, mission, vision, strategy, and priorities. In addition, the coaching focused on key interactions and interrelationships between C-Suite members that were described as dysfunctional. The coaching resulted in significant breakthroughs that allowed the team to focus on growth and moving the organization forward.

Coached the Chief Marketing Officer of a global healthcare company with $20.2 billion in revenue. Areas of focus included increasing influence where there is no direct authority, enhancing his organizational management skills, and work planning/ prioritization. Stakeholder interviews at the end of the coaching period indicated significant improvement, and the coaching was extended to continue providing support. This leader was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer.
