Take a five-minute simulated Q&A that establishes your baseline across key verbal, vocal, and nonverbal metrics. Ideal for measuring your starting point and tracking progress over time.

Analyze a Video

Upload a pre-recorded video of yourself speaking and receive detailed, personalized feedback. Useful for evaluating webinars, meeting recordings, or presentation clips.

Data, insights, and guidance to strengthen skills

    Each assessment provides a clear and comprehensive results page that highlights overall scores, category-by-category insights, specific strengths, and areas for improvement. A full transcript is available with insights tied to specific moments in the conversation. 

  • Progress Tracking

    The Progress Dashboard gives a visual view of how presence evolves across multiple assessments. It shows how scores trend over time, where the learner is consistently improving, and which areas may need more attention.

  • Learning Lab

    Created by an Ariel facilitator, it is a built-in library of highly targeted micro-lessons that support continuous improvement. It includes short explainer videos, tactical tips, and behavior-specific strategies that address the exact skills highlighted in each assessment.

Ariel provides reinforcement digital tools such as FLIP cards, practice prompts, and guided touchpoints to strengthen skills beyond the Practice Portal.
