Cara Barrineau has 25 years of experience in leadership & presence coaching, 13 years of instructional design and over 30 years of experience as a performer on stage, tv and film.

Her experience in media training & virtual coaching spans 16 years and is highly informed by her decades of experience in film and television. Her international travels as a performer have offered her perspective and understanding when coaching global audiences.
She proudly partners with a middle school as a founding member, producer, and director of a theatre company. She is passionate about giving young adults exposure to the arts and leadership skills before high school. It also provides an environment for artists in the community to contribute & sharpen their skills and talent as part of a creative team.
