Business Experience
Vipul started his career with The Oberoi Hotels, India. He led people in Customer Service, Operations, Training, Quality (Six Sigma) and Business Process Outsourcing with companies like AVIVA Life Insurance, TATA AIG General Insurance, Max Life Insurance and Genpact before following his passion to unlock people’s potential via Learning and Development.
Theater experience
Enjoys acting on stage and has done two productions in Hong Kong in 2023.
- In 2021, he acted in a “Whatsapp” Commercial in 2021 which is aired on National Television in India.
- In 2020, he won an Outstanding Achievement Award at the LA International Film Festival (Indie Short Fest) in the Supporting Actor Category for in a short film called Kohhra (Fog).
- Prior to that he acted in a short film for Amity School of Film and Drama and featured in a full-length feature film called Bombay Boys.
- As a Drama Faculty to schools, he wrote, directed and facilitated plays/workshops for school children in India. He has completed a course in ‘Writing for Drama’ from the University of Oxford and is a trained and certified actor from Barry John acting Studio and Jeff Goldberg Studio.
Education and credentials
- Vipul is a Fellow with Teachers College, Columbia University and has also completed his Executive Coaching Certification Program from Teachers College, Columbia University, NY. He is an EMCC – Senior Practitioner and a Certified Deep Transformational Coach.
- He is a certified Master Coach and Psychodrama Director (CP); certified in Diploma in Transactional Analysis, Advanced Gestalt Therapy Techniques and a NLP Practitioner certification. He has been trained in Theatre Based Facilitation techniques, including Forum Theatre, Real play and Role play.
- Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner and Hogan Assessment Certified Practitioner.
- Vipul has a Masters DBM in International Marketing Management and Bachelor of Arts from India.
